Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how AgentsHub ("AgentsHub," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use https://agentshub.ai, related subdomains such as connect.agentshub.ai, and our AI agent platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Notice (https://agentshub.ai/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://agentshub.ai/terms).

Where required by applicable law, we ask for consent before using non-essential cookies via a cookie banner. You can Accept All, Reject All, or open Manage Cookies to turn Analytics and Marketing categories on or off. You can change your mind at any time using the controls described below.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and understand how services are used.

Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and software development kits that store or read information on your device. In this Policy, we refer to all of these as "cookies" unless we say otherwise.

2. How We Use Cookies

AgentsHub uses a limited set of cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, reliability, and—only if you enable Analytics—optional product analytics via Google Tag Manager. Marketing cookies are optional and only used if you enable that category.

  • Keep you signed in securely with httpOnly session cookies;
  • Remember your cookie consent preferences (Analytics and Marketing toggles);
  • Store product preferences in local storage where needed for the app to work;
  • Optionally measure product usage and improve the Service through Google Tag Manager and related measurement tags (only if Analytics is enabled);
  • Optionally improve reliability through error monitoring when Analytics is enabled;
  • Optionally use Marketing cookies if you enable that category;
  • Allow third parties you choose to interact with (for example Stripe Checkout) to set their own cookies subject to their policies.

3. Categories of Cookies

Strictly necessary (always active)

  • These cookies are required for the Service to function (for example, authentication and security). They cannot be disabled in Manage Cookies.
  • `ah_access` (first-party, httpOnly): short-lived access token cookie used to authenticate API requests. Approximate lifetime: 15 minutes.
  • `ah_refresh` (first-party, httpOnly): refresh token cookie used to renew your session. Approximate lifetime: up to 30 days, or until you sign out or we revoke the session.
  • `ah_cookie_consent` (local storage, with an optional first-party cookie mirror): stores your cookie preferences (Analytics and Marketing on/off) in your browser so we do not re-prompt on every visit. Approximate lifetime: 12 months.

Preferences and local storage (functional)

  • The Service may use browser local storage or session storage for functional product state—for example workspace selection, UI drafts, onboarding/signup consent payloads during registration, and similar non-advertising preferences.
  • These technologies help the product work as you expect. Clearing them in your browser may reset UI state but will not by itself delete your account.

Analytics (optional)

  • If you enable Analytics (Accept All, or Analytics on in Manage Cookies), we may load Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tag management service provided by Google. GTM can set cookies or use similar technologies and may load measurement tags (for example Google Analytics or other tags we configure in our GTM container) to understand how the Service is used and to improve the product. Google's processing is subject to Google's privacy notice and terms for Tag Manager / measurement products.
  • When Analytics is enabled, we may also enable optional error monitoring (for example Sentry) which can use cookies or similar technologies to help us diagnose crashes and improve reliability, subject to that provider's privacy notice.
  • If Analytics is off, we will not load Google Tag Manager or these optional analytics/error-monitoring technologies on the client for your browser.

Marketing (optional)

  • If you enable Marketing in Manage Cookies (or Accept All), we may use marketing cookies or similar technologies to show more relevant offers—including on other sites—instead of unrelated ads, subject to the privacy notices of any marketing providers we use.
  • If Marketing is off, we will not use these optional marketing cookies on the client for your browser.

Third-party cookies (contextual)

  • When Google Tag Manager is enabled (Analytics on), Google and any tags configured in our GTM container may set first- or third-party cookies or use similar technologies according to those providers' policies.
  • When you use Stripe Checkout to pay, Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies subject to Stripe's terms and privacy notice.
  • When you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, those providers may set their own cookies according to their policies.
  • Connected integrations, MCP servers, and embedded third-party tools you enable may set cookies when you interact with them; those are governed by the third party's terms.

4. Your Choices

When you visit the Service and have not yet saved a preference, we show a cookie banner so you can choose:

  • Accept All — allows strictly necessary cookies plus Analytics and Marketing categories;
  • Manage Cookies — open detailed preferences to turn Analytics and/or Marketing on or off, then Save my preferences;
  • Reject All — allows only strictly necessary cookies (and functional storage needed to operate the Service); Analytics and Marketing remain off.

Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage). Strictly necessary cookies (such as sign-in session cookies) may still be used to operate the Service. You can change your decision at any time by selecting Manage Cookies on this page or in the cookie banner. If you turn Analytics off after it was on, the page may reload so optional scripts stop running.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and other authenticated features from working.

For privacy rights requests, contact support@agentshub.ai as described in our Privacy Notice.

5. Retention

Cookie lifetimes are described in Section 3. Session and authentication cookies are removed when they expire, when you sign out, or when we revoke your session. Your cookie consent preference is kept in your browser for approximately 12 months or until you change or clear it.

6. Updates to this Policy

This Cookie Policy is current as of 22 July 2026. We may update it from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we may also re-prompt for consent if cookie categories change materially.
